ရက္ခိုင်ပြည် ရမ်းဗြဲမြို့နယ် ကျောက်နီမော်ကို စစ်ကောင်စီက မနေ့က (၈ ဇန်နဝါရီ) နေ့လည် တစ်နာရီခန့်တွင် လေယာဉ်ဖြင့် ဗုံးလာကြဲသဖြင့် အရပ်သားပြည်သူ ၄၀ ခန့် သေဆုံးခဲ့ပြီး ၂၀ ခန့် ထိခိုက်ဒဏ်ရာရရှိခဲ့တယ်လို့ သိရပါတယ်။
“ကျောက်နီကမော်က ရပ်ကွက် ၃ ခု ကို ဗုံးကျတယ်။ အိမ်ခြေ ၅၀၀ ကျော်လောက် မီးလောင်သွားတယ်။ ခုမနက်ထိကို မငြိမ်းသေးဘူး။ အလောင်းတွေလည်း ဘယ်သူ ဘယ်ဝါလို့တောင် ခန့်မှန်းလို့ မရဘူး” လို့ တောင်ကုတ်မြို့ကနေ ကျောက်နီမော်သို့ စစ်ရှောင်နေသူတစ်ဦးက အာရက္ခတိုင်းမ်စ် ကို ပြောပါတယ်။
စစ်ကောင်စီက လာရောက်ဗုံးကြဲသဖြင့် ကျောက်နီမော်ရှိ အလယ်ပိုင်း၊ တောင်ပိုင်း နဲ့ မြောက်ပိုင်းလူနေရပ်ကွက်တို့ကို ဗုံးကျရောက်ခဲ့လို့ အိမ်ခြေ ၅၀၀ ကျော် မီးလောင်ပျက်စီးခဲ့တယ်လို့ ဆိုပါတယ်။
“ဖုန်းလိုင်းက MEC ရတယ်။ ဘာမှမဖြစ်တဲ့နေရာကို လာကြဲတာ။ သတင်းပေးတွေ ရှိနေလားမသိဘူး။ အဲလိုတွေ ကြားနေရတယ်။ ဒီသတင်းပေးကိစ္စကို AA အနေနဲ့ တင်းတင်းကြပ်ကြပ်ကို ကိုင်တွယ်ပေးသင့်နေပြီ” လို့ တောင်ကုတ်မြို့ဒေသခံက ထပ်မံ ပြောပါတယ်။
စစ်ကောင်စီဟာ လေယာဉ်နဲ့ ဗုံးကြဲရန်အတွက် မှာယူထားတဲ့ ရုရှားနိုင်ငံထုတ် Su-30 SME တိုက်လေယာဉ် ၆ စင်းဟာ အမေရိကန်ဒေါ်လာ သန်း ၄၀၀ ခန့် တန်ဖိုးရှိတယ်လို့ သိရပါတယ်။ ဒီတိုက်လေယာဉ် ဝယ်ယူမှု သဘောတူညီချက်ကို ၂၀၁၈ ခုနှစ်က ရုရှား ကာကွယ်ရေးဝန်ကြီး မြန်မာနိုင်ငံကို ရောက်ချိန်မှာ ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ကြတာပါ။
