အိန္ဒိယနိုင်ငံ မီဇိုရမ်ပြည်နယ်ရှိ ခရိုင်အသီးသီးကနေ ရက္ခိုင်ပြည်ကို စက်သုံးဆီတင်သွင့်ခွင့် ၂ လ ပိတ်လိုက်လို့ ရက္ခိုင်ပြည်တွင် ဆီပြက်လပ်သွားနိုင်တယ်လို့ ဒေသခံတွေက ဆိုပါတယ်။

မတ်လ ၂၀ ရက်က စတင်ပြီး ရက္ခိုင်ကုန်သည်တွေ အဓိက စက်သုံးဆီ ဝယ်ယူနေကြတဲ့ နယ်စပ်မြို့တွေဖြစ်တဲ့ ဆိုင်းဟာနဲ့ လုံးလေခရိုင်အတွင်းက ရက္ခိုင်ပြည်ဘက်ကို ခွင့်ပြုချက်မဲ့ စက်သုံးဆီ ရောင်းချမှုနဲ့ သယ်ယူမှုတွေကို ၂ လ ပိတ်လိုက်ပြီး လိုက်နာမှုမရှိပါက ၂၀၂၃ ခုနှစ်က အတည်ပြုထားတဲ့ BNSS ပုဒ်မ ၁၆၃ အရ အရေးယူသွားမယ်လို့လည်း ခရိုင်တရားရုံးတွေနဲ့ အုပ်ချုပ်ရေးမှူးတွေက လက်မှတ်ထိုးပြီး အမိန့်စာ ထုတ်ပြန်ထားပါတယ်။

လက်ရှိတွင် ဆိုင်းဟာခရိုင် လောင်တလိုင်နဲ့ လောင်းလေခရိုင်တွေမှာ စက်သုံးဆီဝယ်ယူလို့ မရတော့သလို ဝယ်ယူထားတဲ့ ဆီကားတွေကိုလည်း နယ်စပ်ဂိတ်တွေမှာ ခက်ခက်ခဲခဲ ကုန်သွယ်မှု ပြုလုပ်နေကြရတယ်လို့ အိန္ဒိယရောက် ရက္ခိုင်ကုန်သည်တဦးက အာရက္ခတိုင်းမ်စ်ကို ပြောပါတယ်။

လက်ရှိ ရက္ခိုင်ပြည်မှာ စက်သုံးဆီ တင်သွင်းထားတာ ရှိနေသေးပေမဲ့ ကာလရှည်ပိတ်ဆို့မှုတွေ ဖြစ်နေပါက စက်သုံးဆီ ပြတ်တောက်မှုနဲ့ ရင်ဆိုင်ရနိုင်တယ်လို့ သံတွဲမြို့က ဆီကုန်သည်တဦးက အာရက္ခတိုင်းမ်စ်ကို ပြောပါတယ်။

လက်ရှိမှာတော့ ရက္ခိုင်ပြည်က မြို့နယ်တွေမှာ စက်သုံးဆီဈေးဟာ တလီတာကို ၁၄၀၀၀ ကျပ်ခန့်နဲ့ ဝယ်ယူသုံးစွဲနေရတယ်လို့ သိရပါတယ်။
