ရက္ခိုင်ပြည် ဂွမြို့နယ်တွင် စစ်ကောင်စီထောင်ထားတဲ့ မြေမြုပ်မိုင်းနင်းမိသဖြင့် ဒေသခံပြည်သူ ၂ ဦးမှာ ခြေတစ်ဖက်ဆီ ဆုံးရှုံးသွားကြောင်း သိရပါတယ်။

“ ဒီလ ၁၇ ရက်က လယ်ထဲကို စပါးရိတ်ဖို့သွားတာမှာ နင်းမိတာ၊ ကျိန္တလီမြိုနယ် ကုလားပြင်ကျေးရွာက အသက် ၃၀ အရွယ် မစိုးမိုးစံ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဘယ်ဘက် ခြေဖဝါး ပြတ်သွားပါတယ်” လို့ အာရက္ခပျိုးခင်း-သံတွဲအဖွဲ့က တာဝန်ရှိသူတစ်ဦးက ပြောပါတယ်။

အဆိုပါ ခြေတစ်ဖက်ဆီ ဆုံးရှုံးသွားတဲ့ ဒေသခံပြည်သူတွေကို အာရက္ခပျိုးခင်း-သံတွဲ ကနေပြီး တစ်ဦးကို ငါးသောင်းကျပ်ဆီ ကူညီထောက်ပံ့ပေးခဲ့ကြောင်း သိရပါတယ်။

“ နောက်တစ်ယောက်က ဂျိုင်ကောက်ကျေးရွာက အသက် ၄၇ နှစ် အရွယ် ဦးကျော်စိုးလွင်ပါ။ ဖြစ်တာက ၁၈ ရက်နေ့က နွားသွားကျောင်းတာမှာ နင်းမိတာ။ သူကတော့ ညာဘက် ဖြတ်လိုက်ရတယ်” လို့ ပြောပါတယ်။

စစ်ကောင်စီဟာ ကျိန္တလီမြို့မှ ထွက်မပြေးခင်တွင် ဒေသခံပြည်သူများကို တောတောင်များသို့ မသွားရန်တားမြစ်ခဲ့ပြီး မိုင်းများစွာထောင်ထားကြောင်း တရားဝင် ပြောဆိုခဲ့ပါတယ်။

ရက္ခိုင်ပြည်တိုက်ပွဲတွင် စစ်ကောင်စီက သူတို့စွန့်ခွာသွားတဲ့ လမ်းတစ်လျောက်မှာ မိုင်းများထောင်ထားခဲ့ကြောင်းကို အာရက္ခတပ်တော်ကလည်း ထုတ်ပြန်ထားပါတယ်။

မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတွင် ပြီးခဲ့တဲ့ ၂၀၂၃ခုနှစ်အတွင်း မြေမြုပ်မိုင်းကြောင့် ထိခိုက်သေဆုံးသူ ၁၀၀၀ကျော်ရှိခဲ့ပြီး ကမ္ဘာ​ပေါ်တွင် ​မြေမြှပ်မိုင်း​ကြောင့်လူ​သေဆုံးထိခိုက်မှု အများဆုံးနိုင်ငံဖြစ်လာ​ကြောင်းကို မြေမြှုပ်မိုင်းအသုံးပြုမှု တားမြစ်ရေး နိုင်ငံတကာစည်းရုံးလှုံ့ဆော်ရေးအဖွဲ့ (ICBL) က နိုဝင်ဘာ ၂၀ ရက်က င်ထုတ်ပြန်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။
