အာရက္ခတိုင်းမ်စ် (၂၇ ဩဂုတ် ၂၀၂၅)
မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမှာ တိုင်းရင်းသားတွေအပေါ် ပြည်ထောင်စုကို ဦးဆောင်ခွင့် ဘယ်တုန်းကမှ မပေးခဲ့ဖူးကြောင်း ရခိုင်ဒီမိုကရေစီအဖွဲ့ချုပ်( ALD) အထွေထွေအတွင်းရေးမှူး ဦးမျိုးကျော်က အာရက္ခတိုင်းမ်စ်ကို ပြောပါတယ်။
လက်ရှိ ပြည်ထောင်စုပြဿနာဟာ ၂၀၂၁ ခုနှစ် နွေဦးတော်လှန်ရေးမှာမှ ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာတာမဟုတ်ဘဲ ၁၉၄၈ ခုနှစ်ကတည်း တိုင်းရင်းသားတွေရဲ့ မူလရပိုင်ခွင့်တွေဟာ လွတ်လပ်ရေးနဲ့အတူ ပျောက်သွားခဲ့တာဖြစ်ကြောင်း သူက ပြောပါတယ်။
“ကျနော်တို့နိုင်ငံမှာ တိုင်းရင်းသားတွေဟာ ပြည်ထောင်စုကို ဦးဆောင်ခွင့် ဘယ်တုန်းကမှ မပေးခဲ့ဖူးဘူး။ စကားလုံး ရှာပြီးတော့သာ ဒါတွေကို တစ်နည်းအားဖြင့်ပြောရင် ရိုက်ထည့်လိုက်တာပေါ့။ နောက်တစ်ဆက် တည်းမှာ ပြောချင်တာက ကျနော်တို့ရဲ့ ပြည်ထောင်စု ပြဿနာက ၂၀၂၁ နွေဦးမှာမှ ဖြစ်တာမဟုတ်ဘူး။ ကျနော်တို့ တိုင်းရင်းသားတွေရဲ့ မူလရပိုင်ခွင့်က ၁၉၄၈၊ လွတ်လပ်ရေးနဲ့အတူ ပျောက်သွားပြီ။ ဘာဖြစ်လို့လဲ ဆိုတော့ အဲဒီအချိန်က လွတ်လပ်ရေးယူမယ်လို့ ပြောတဲ့အချိန်မှာ အဲဒီတုန်းက တောင်တန်းနဲ့ မြေပြန့်ပေါ့။ တောင်တန်းဒေသဆိုင်ရာကိစ္စကြောင့် လွတ်လပ်ရေး ယူလို့မရ စာချုပ် မချုပ်နိုင်တဲ့အတွင်းမှာ အဲဒီကိစ္စကို ဆွေးနွေးဖို့အတွက် ပင်လုံညီလာခံပေါ့။ အဲဒီမှာ ကတိကဝတ်ရှိခဲ့တယ်။ အဲဒီမှာ တိုင်းရင်းသားတွေရဲ့ မူလအခွင့်အရေး မပျောက်ရအောင်၊ ပြည်ထောင်စုကို ဖက်ဒရယ်ပြည်ထောင်စု ပုံစံမျိုးနဲ့စုဖွဲ့မယ်ဆိုတဲ့ဟာမျိုး ရှိပြီးသားဖြစ်တယ်။ ဒါပေမယ့် တကယ့်တကယ် အဲဒီကတိကဝတ်အတိုင်း ၄၇ ဖွဲ့စည်းပုံရေးတဲ့အခါ ရေးတဲ့ ပုဂ္ဂိုလ်တွေနောက်ပိုင်းမှာ ဝန်ခံတာရှိတယ်။ တစ်ပြည်ထောင်စနစ်ပဲ ဖြစ်သွားတယ်။ တစ်နည်းအားဖြင့် ပြောရင် ဗမာလူမျိုးစု လက်ဝါးကြီးအုပ်တဲ့ ပြည်ထောင်စုပုံစံ ဖြစ်တယ်။ အဲဒါကို ပြောတဲ့ပုဂ္ဂိုလ်တွေလည်း ဒီဟာတွေကို အလွတ်ရတယ်။ ဒါပေမယ့် ဒီနေ့အခါ နိုင်ငံရေးအရ မူအရမဟုတ်ဘဲနဲ့ သူတို့ဖြစ်ချင်တာကို ဒီဟာတွေနဲ့ တိုင်းရင်းသားတွေရဲ့အနေအထားကို တပ်ခွဲတယ်လို့ ကျနော့်အနေနဲ့အဲဒီလို ပြောချင်တယ်။ သူတို့မသိတာမဟုတ်ဘူး။ သိသိကြီးနဲ့ ပြောတာပါ” လို့ သူက ပြောပါတယ်။
ဗိုလ်ချုပ်ဂွမ်မော်ဖြစ်စေ၊ ဗိုလ်ချုပ်ထွန်းမြတ်နိုင်ဖြစ်စေ၊ ဗိုလ်ချုပ်တားဘုန်းကျော်ဖြစ်စေ မိမိတိုင်းရင်းသားလူမျိုးစုအရေးကနေ ထွက်လာပြီး ပြည်ထောင်စုကို ဦးဆောင်စေချင်ကြောင်း ဦးမျိုးရန်နောင်သိန်းက သူ့ရဲ့ လူမှုကွန်ရက်စာမျက်နှာမှာ ရေးသားထားခဲ့တာပါ။
၂၀၂၁ ခုနှစ်မှာ ဗမာအချင်းချင်း နိုင်ငံရေးပြဿနာဖြစ်လာတဲ့အခါမှ နွေဦးတော်လှန်ရေးဖြစ်လာခဲ့ပြီး တိုင်းရင်းသားတွေကို ပြည်ထောင်စု ဦးဆောင်ပေးပါဆိုတာမျိုးက လက်တွေ့မဆန်ကြောင်း ရခိုင်ဒီမိုကရေစီအဖွဲ့ချုပ်( ALD) အထွေထွေအတွင်းရေးမှူး ဦးမျိုးကျော်က အာရက္ခတိုင်းမ်စ်ကို ပြောပါတယ်။
“မူလကတည်းက ဖြစ်နေတဲ့ ပြည်ထောင်စုဟာ ၄၇ ဖွဲ့စည်းပုံက ၄၈ လွတ်လပ်ရေးရကတည်းက တိုင်းရင်းသား တော်လှန်ရေးဟာ KNDO လိုပေါ့ အဲဒါနဲ့ဆက်ခဲ့တယ်။ နောက်ထပ်ကချင်တော်လှန်ရေးအဖွဲ့စည်းတွေ ပေါ်လာတယ်။ ရှမ်းတော်လှန်ရေးတွေဖြစ်လာတယ်။ ဒါနဲ့ပြည်ထောင်စုမှာ တိုင်းရင်းသားတွေက နှစ်ပေါင်း ၇၀ ကျော်၊ ၈၀ နီးနီး တိုင်းရင်းသားတွေရဲ့ မူလရပိုင်ခွင့်စသည်အတွက် တိုက်ပွဲဝင်လာကြတယ်။ အခုမှ မဟုတ်ဘူး။ ဟိုတုန်းကတည်းက ဖြစ်နေတာ။ အဲဒါကို ၂၀၂၁ နွေဦးတော်လှန်ရေးနောက်ပိုင်းမှာမှ သူတို့ဗမာတွေအချင်းချင်းပဲ ဗုံးကြဲတာတွေ၊ သတ်ဖြတ်တာတွေ ဖြစ်တာတဲ့အခါမှာမှ ပြည်ထောင်စုအတွက် ဦးဆောင်ပေးပါဆိုတဲ့ဟာမျိုး ပြောတယ်ဆိုတဲ့ဟာမျိုး ဘယ်လိုမှ လက်တွေ့မဆန်ဘူးဆိုတဲ့ဟာမျိုးပဲ ကျနော်က တုန့်ပြန်ချင်ပါတယ်” လို့ သူက ပြောပါတယ်။
