အ‌ဆိုပါ မြောက်ဦးပြည်သူ့ဆေးရုံဟာ ပြည်တွင်းစစ် မဖြစ်ခင်ကာလက အရပ်ဖက်ဆေးရုံတစ်ခုအဖြစ် ရှိနေခဲ့ပြီး အာရက္ခတပ်တော်မှ မြောက်ဦးမြို့ကို ထိန်းချုပ်ပြီးနောက်ပိုင်းတွင်လည်း စစ်ဖက်ဆိုင်ရာဝန်ထမ်း၊ စစ်ဖက်ဆိုင်ရာလူနာများ နဲ့ ပတ်သက်မှုမရှိဘဲ အရပ်သား စေတနာ့ဆေးဝန်ထမ်းများဖြင့် ဖွဲစည်းထားတဲ့ အာရက္ခပြည်သူ့ကျန်းမာရေးဋ္ဌာနရဲ့ အုပ်ချုပ်မှုအောက်ရှိ အရပ်ဖက်ဆေးရုံတခု ဖြစ်တယ်လို့ သိရပါတယ်။
