အာရက္ခတိုင်းမ်စ် (၂၄ ဧပြီ ၂၀၂၆)

ရက္ခိုင်ပြည် မြောက်ဦးမြို့နယ် ပေါက်ပင်ကွင်းရွာတွင် အသက် ၄ နှစ်အရွယ် မိန်းကလေးငယ်တဦးကို အသက် ၆၀ အရွယ် အမျိုးသားတဦးက ဧပြီလ ၂၂ ရက် ညနေဖက်တွင် အဓမ္မပြုကျင့်မှု ဖြစ်ပွားခဲ့တယ်လို့ သိရပါတယ်။

“တရွာတည်းသား အိမ်နီးချင်းတွေပေါ့။ ကလေးကလည်း သူ့ကိုသိနေတော့ သူခေါ်ရာလိုက်သွားတယ်။ သူက သူ့အိမ်အောက်ကိုခေါ်ပြီး အဓမ္မပြုကျင့်ခဲ့တာ” လို့ မြောက်ဦးမြို့နယ်ဒေသခံတဦးက အာရက္ခတိုင်းမ်စ်ကို ပြောပါတယ်။

အသက် ၄ နှစ်အရယ် မိန်းကလေးငယ်ကို အဓမ္မပြုကျင့်သူမှာ ရက္ခိုင်ပြည် မြောက်ဦးမြို့နယ် ပေါက်ပင်ကွင်းရွာ ဦးသံလုံးရဲ့ သားဖြစ်သူ အသက် ၆၀ အရွယ် ဦးသင်္ခါကျော် ဖြစ်တယ်လို့ သိရပါတယ်။

အဆိုပါ သက်ငယ်မုဒိန်းမှု ကျူးလွန်တဲ့တရားခံ ဦးသင်္ခါကျော်ကို အာရက္ခပြည်သူ့တော်လှန်ရေးအစိုးရရဲ့ DLEPS တပ်ဖွဲ့က ဖမ်းဆီးအမှုဖွင့်ထားပြီး စစ်ဆေးမှုများ ပြုလုပ်နေတယ်လို့ သိရပါတယ်။

သက်ငယ် မုဒိန်းမှုကျူးလွန်လျှင် ရာဇသတ်ကြီး ပုဒ်မ ၃၇၆ (၃) အရ “မည်သူမဆို အသက် ၁၂ အောက် အမျိုးသမီးကို မုဒိန်းမှုကျူးလွန်ပါက ထောင်ဒဏ်တသက်ဖြစ်စေ၊ ထောင်ဒဏ် အနှစ် ၂၀ ဖြစ်စေ ချမှတ်ရမည်” လို့ အာရက္ခမှုခင်းနှင့်ဆက်စပ်သတင်းများ ထုတ်ပြန်ရေးအဖွဲ့က ထုတ်ပြန်ထားပါတယ်။
