ပြီးခဲ့တဲ့ NLD အစိုးရလက်ထက် ၂၀၁၈ ခုနှစ်အတွင်းက ရက္ခိုင်ပြည်၊ မြောက်ဦးမြို့မှာ ပြုလုပ်တဲ့ ဟောပြောပွဲတစ်ခုမှာ ဟောပြောချက်တွေကြောင့် စစ်တွေခရိုင်တရားရုံးကနေ ပြီးခဲ့တဲ့ ၂၀၁၉ ခုနှစ်တုန်းက နိုင်ငံတော်ပုန်ကန်မှု ပုဒ်မ ၁၂၂၊ နိုင်ငံတော်အကြည်ညိုပျက်စေမှု ပုဒ်မ ၅၀၅ (ခ) တို့နဲ့ ထောင်အနှစ် ၂၀ ချမှတ်ခဲ့တာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
ဒါပေမယ့်၂၀၂၁ ခုနှစ် ဖေဖော်ဝါရီ ၁၂ ရက်ပြည်ထောင်စုနေ့မှာပဲ အာဏာသိမ်းထားတဲ့ စစ်ခေါင်းဆောင်က သူ့ကို လွတ်ငြိမ်းချမ်းသာခွင့်ပေးခဲ့ပါတယ်။
