အရင်က မြန်မာနိုင်ငံကို အာဏာသိမ်းအုပ်ချုပ်ခဲ့တဲ့ စစ်အာဏာရှင် အငြိမ်းစား ဗိုလ်ချုပ်မှူးကြီး ဦးသန်းရွှေ လက်ထက်က ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်ခဲ့တဲ့ ရွေးကောက်ပွဲက ကြံ့ဖွံ့အခင်းအကျင်းနဲ့ အခု စစ်ခေါင်းဆောင် ပြုလုပ်တဲ့ ရွေးကောက်ပွဲက ကြံ့ဖွံ့အခင်းအကျင်း အင်မတန်ကွာခြားတယ်လို့ တရုတ်-မြန်မာအရေးလေ့လာသုံးသပ်သူ ဒေါက်တာလှကျော်ဇောက အာရက္ခတိုင်းမ်စ်ကို ပြောပါတယ်။
ဦးသန်းရွှေလက်ထက်က ကျင်းပခဲ့တဲ့ ၂၀၁၀ ခုနှစ် ပါတီစုံဒီမိုကရေစီ အထွေထွေရွေးကောက်ပွဲတုန်းက ဦးသိန်းစိန်ပါဝင်တဲ့ ကြံ့ဖွံ့ပါတီဟာ နောက်တလှမ်းဆုတ်ရမယ်ဆိုတဲ့ ရည်ရွယ်ချက်နဲ့ ကျင်းပခဲ့တာဖြစ်ပြီး အခု မင်းအောင်လှိုင်လုပ်တဲ့ ရွေးကောက်ပွဲမှာတော့ ဦးခင်ရီဦးဆောင်တဲ့ ကြံ့ဖွံ့ပါတီဟာ ရှေ့တလှမ်းတက်ဖို့ လုပ်တဲ့ပွဲဖြစ်တယ်လို့ သူက ပြောပါတယ်။
ဒါကြောင့် ကြံ့ဖွံ့ပါတီဟာ ဒီရွေးကောက်ပွဲမှာ ဘာအတိုက်အခံမှ မထားပဲ အပြတ်ချတာဖြစ်တယ်လို့ ဒေါက်တာလှကျော်ဇောက အာရက္ခတိုင်းမ်စ်ကို ပြောပါတယ်။
“၂၀၁၀ တုန်းက ဦးသိန်းစိန်တို့ ခေတ်တုန်းက သူတို့အနေနဲ့ နောက်တလှမ်းဆုတ်ရတော့မယ်လို့ ရည်ရွယ်ပြီး လုပ်တဲ့ပွဲ။ အဲဒါက ၂၀၀၇ ရွှေဝါရောင်တော်လှန်ရေး ဖြစ်လိုက်လို့။ သံဃာတွေ ဘာတွေနဲ့ ပတ်သက်ပြီး သူတို့ သိပ်နာမည်ပျက်သွားလို့ နောက်ဆုတ်ပြီးတော့ ယူနီဖောင်းတွေ ချွတ်ပြီးတော့ သူတို့ နောက်တလှမ်းဆုတ်ဖို့ ရည်ရွယ်တဲ့ပွဲ။ ဒီမှာကတော့ သူတို့ ရှေ့တလှမ်းတက်ဖို့လုပ်တဲ့ပွဲ လုံးဝကို ကွာခြားသွားပြီ။ တူကို မတူတော့တာ။ ဟိုတုန်းကတော့ သူတို့ ပျော့ပျော့ပြောင်းပြောင်းနဲ့ အတိုက်အခံတွေကို တဖြေးဖြေး ဆွဲသွင်းမယ်ဆိုတဲ့ဟာနဲ့ အခုဒီမှာကတော့ ဘာအတိုက်အခံမှ မထားတော့ဘူး အပြတ်ကို ချတော့မယ်ဆိုတဲ့ပွဲ။ ဒါကြောင့် တော်တော်ကို ကွာသွားပါတယ်။ အခြေခံကအစ။ ပြည်သူလူထုကလည်း ကွာသွားပြီ။ ပြည်သူလူထုက ဟိုခေတ်တုန်းက ဒီစစ်တပ်ကို ပြုပြင်ပြောင်းလဲလို့ ရနိုင်သေးတယ်။ အမျိုးသားရင်ကြားစေ့ရေး လုပ်လို့ ရနိုင်သေးတယ်လို့ စိတ်က စစ်တပ်အပေါ် တစုံတရာ မျှော်လင့်ချက် ရှိနေသေးတဲ့ကာလ။ ဒီကာလမှာတော့ ဖက်ဆစ်စစ်တပ် အမြစ်ပြတ်ဆိုပြီး ပြည်သူလူထုကလည်း အတော်ကို ပြတ်သားသွားပြီ။ နှစ်ဖက်စလုံးက အပြတ်အသတ် ဖြစ်သွားပြီ ဒီမှာတော့။ အဲဒါကြောင့် တော်တော်ကွာပါတယ်။ ဟိုခေတ်ရွေးကောက်ပွဲနဲ့ အခုရွေးကောက်ပွဲနဲ့က” လို့ သူက ပြောပါတယ်။
ဦးသိန်းစိန်အစိုးရလက်ထက်မှာတော့ ဒေါ်အောင်ဆန်းစုကြည်ကို ပြန်လည်လွှတ်ပေးခဲ့ပြီး ၂၀၀၈ အရ NLD ပါတီကို ကြားဖြတ်ရွေးကောက်ပွဲမှာ ဝင်ရောက် ယှဉ်ပြိုင်စေခဲ့ပါတယ်။
ဒါပေမယ့် အခုအခင်းအကျင်းမှာတော့ ရွေးကောက်ပွဲအပိုင်း (၁) ရလဒ်အရ ကြံ့ဖွံ့ပါတီက ၈၀ ရာခိုင်နှုန်းကျော် အနိုင်ရရှိခဲ့တဲ့အတွက် အစိုးရအဖွဲ့ထဲမှာလည်း သူတို့ပါတီပဲ ကြီးစိုးနိုင်တယ်လို့ ယူဆထားကြတာပါ။
ဒါကြောင့် ဒေါ်အောင်ဆန်းစုကြည်နဲ့ NLD အခင်းအကျင်းဟာလည်း မသေချာတဲ့ သဘောမှာ ရှိနေတယ်လို့ စစ်ရေးနဲ့ နိုင်ငံရေးအကဲခတ်တွေက သုံးသပ်ထားကြပါတယ်။
အရင် ဦးသိန်းစိန်လက်ထက်ကတော့ ပြည်သူလူထုဟာ စစ်တပ်အပေါ် မျှော်လင့်ချက် တစုံတရာ ရှိခဲ့သေးပေမယ့် အခု ၂၀၂၁ နောက်ပိုင်း အခင်းအကျင်းမှာတော့ လူထုက စစ်တပ်အပေါ် ဘာမျှော်လင့်ချက်မှ မရှိတော့ဘူးလို့ တရုတ်-မြန်မာအရေးလေ့လာသုံးသပ်သူ ဒေါက်တာလှကျော်ဇောက အာရက္ခတိုင်းမ်စ်ကို ပြောပါတယ်။
“ကျမပြောသလိုပဲ ပြည်သူလူထုဘက်က စိတ်ဓာတ်ရော၊ စစ်တပ်ဘက်က စိတ်ဓာတ်ရော အခုကာလက အပြတ်အသတ် ဖြစ်သွားပြီ။ ဒါကြောင့်မို့လို့ ဘာမျှော်လင့်ချက်မှ ဟိုတုန်း ပြည်သူလူထုက တစုံတရာ မျှော်လင့်သေးတယ် စစ်တပ်ကို။ ဒေါ်အောင်ဆန်းစုကြည်ကိုယ်တိုင်က အမျိုးသားရင်ကြားစေ့ရေး ဘာရေးနဲ့ နောက်ပိုင်းဝင်လာတဲ့အခါမှာ လူထုက စစ်တပ်အပေါ်မှာ ဒီလောက်မပြတ်သားဘူး။ ဒီလောက်မမုန်းတီးဘူး။ စစ်တပ်က ပြန်လှည့်ကောင်း လှည့်လာနိုင်တယ်။ အဲဒီဟာကို ပြည်သူလူထုက မျှော်လင့်ချက် ရှိခဲ့သေးတယ်။ ဒီမှာကတော့ လုံးဝမရှိတော့ဘူး။ ဒါကြောင့်မို့လို့ ကြံ့ဖွံ့ကလည်း သူတို့အချင်းချင်းတောင် ပဋိပက္ခရွေးကောက်ပွဲနီးမှ သူ့ရဲ့ တကယ့်ကို အမာခံ သူသဘောကျ လုပ်ထားတဲ့ စစ်ဗိုလ်ချုပ်တွေကို ကြံ့ခိုင်ဖွံ့ဖြိုးရေးထဲသွင်းပြီးတော့ အမတ်ဝင်ရွေးခိုင်းခဲ့တာပဲ။ အဲဒီတော့ ပြဿနာတွေက ပိုပြီး ရှုပ်ပြီး ပိုပြီး ပြတ်သားလာနိုင်တယ်လို့ ထင်တယ်။ မတူပါဘူး” လို့ သူက ပြောပါတယ်။

Glad I gave this fifteen minutes rather than the usual three minute skim, and a look at seamsecret earned the same investment, time spent on quality content is rarely wasted but the reverse is also true and learning which sites deserve which kind of attention is part of being a careful online reader.
Reading this slowly and letting each paragraph land before moving on, and a stop at mimosamarket earned the same patient approach, content that rewards slow reading rather than speed is content with real density and the writers here are clearly producing work that benefits from the careful eye rather than the rushed scan.

Granted I am giving this site more credit than I usually give new finds, and a look at gpugearhouse continued earning that credit, the calibration of how much trust to extend after limited exposure is something I do carefully and this site has earned more trust on shorter exposure than most due to consistent quality across.
Decided to read more before commenting and the more I read the more I wanted to say something, and a stop at wifiwizard pushed that impulse further, when content provokes the urge to participate rather than just consume it is doing something quite specific and worth recognising clearly when it happens during reading.
