အာရက္ခတိုင်းမ်စ် (၅ မေ ၂၀၂၅)

လက်ရှိ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမှာ ငလျင်ငယ်နဲ့ ငလျင်အသင့်အတင့် ဆက်တိုက်လှုပ်ခတ်နေတဲ့အတွက် ငလျင်ကြီး ထပ်မံ လှုပ်ခတ်လာနိုင်တယ်လို့ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံငလျင်အသင်း ဒုဥက္ကဌဟောင်း ဒေါက်တာမျိုးသန့်က အာရက္ခတိုင်းမ်စ်ကို ပြောပါတယ် ။

ပြီးခဲ့တဲ့ မတ် ၂၈ ရက်နေ့က စစ်ကိုင်းပြက်ရွေ့ကြောကနေ ငလျင်ပြင်းအား ၇ ဒသမ ၇ လှုပ်ခတ်ပြီးတဲ့နောက်ပိုင်း ငလျင်ငယ်နဲ့ ငလျင်အသင့်အတင့်တွေ ဆက်တိုက်လှုပ်ခဲ့မူအပေါ်ကို သုံးသပ်ပြောဆိုခဲ့တာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

“စစ်ကိုင်းပြတ်ရွေ့ကြောပေါ်မှာ ငလျင်ကြီး လှုပ်လာနိုင်တယ်လို့ ဖြေရမယ်။ သို့သော်လည်း ဘယ်နေရာလှုပ်နိင်သလဲ သေချာတာတစ်ခုကတော့ ၂၀၁၂ သပိတ်ကျင်းငလျင်လှုပ်သွားတဲ့အပိုင်းရယ် မတ်လ ၂၈ရက်နေ့က လှုပ်သွားတဲ့အပ်ုင်းတွေက လွဲရင် ကျန်တဲ့အပိုင်းတွေက ပြင်းအား ၇ သို့မဟုတ် ၇ နှစ်အထက် လှုပ်နိုင်တယ်လို့ သုံးသပ်ရမှာပါ” လို့ ဒေါက်တာမျိုးသန့်က ပြောပါတယ်။

စစ်ကိုင်းပြတ်ရွေ့ကြောမှာ အပိုင်းသုံးပိုင်းဖြစ်တဲ့ မြောက်ပိုင်းအဆင့်ပိုင်း တောင်ပိုင်းအဆင့်ပိုင်းနဲ့ အလယ်ပိုင်းအဆင့်ပိုင်းတို့ပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ မတ် ၂၈ ရက်နေ့က လှုပ်ခဲ့တဲ့ ငလျင်ကတော့ အလတ်ပိုင်းအဆင့်ပိုင်းကနေ လှုပ်ခဲ့တာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် မြောက်ပိုင်းအဆင့်နဲ့ တောင်ပိုင်းအဆင့်တွေကဆိုရင် တောင်ပိုင်းအဆင့်က ငလျင်ပြင်အား ၇ နဲ့ လှုပ်နိုင်သလို မြောက်ပိုင်းက ငလျင်ပြင်းအား ၇ အထက် လှုပ်နိုင်တယ်လို့လည်း သိရပါတယ်။

၂၀၁၂ သပိတ်ကျင်းငလျင် ၆ ဒသမ ၈ နဲ့ လှုပ်ခဲ့တဲ့ ငလျင်က ၁၉၄၆ အင်းဝ ငလျင် ၇ ဒသမ ၅ လှုပ်ခတ်ခဲ့တဲ့ အပိုင်းကနေ ပြန်လည်လှုပ်ခတ်ခဲ့တာလည်း ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ငလျင် ဆိုတာက နှစ်ကြာရင် ပိုလှုပ်ခတ်မူ အင်အားပြင်းတာဖြစ်ပြီးတော့ နှစ်နည်းရင် အင်အားနည်းတယ်ဆိုတာလဲ သိရပါတယ်။

“မတ်လ ၂၈ ရက်နေ့က လှုပ်ခဲ့တဲ့ငလျင်က ၁၉၅၆ စစ်ကိုင်းငလျင်လှုပ်ခတ်ခဲ့တဲ့အပိုင်း မြောက်ဘက်ကနေပြီးတော့ အလယ်ပိုင်း ဝမ်းတွင်း/မိထ္တီလာအပိုင်း တောင်ဘက်လာရင် ဆွာငလျင်အပိုင်း ဖြူးငလျင်အပိုင်းတွေ ဆက်တိုက်လှုပ်သွားတယ်လို့ တွက်ချက်လို့ ရပါတယ်။ တောင်ပိုင်းမှာ ကျန်နေတဲ့ ၁၉၃၀ ပဲခူးငလျင်အပိုင်းက အန္တရာယ် များလာပါတယ်။ ပြင်းအား ၇ ပတ်ချာလည်အထက်လှုပ်ဖို့ ကြာချိန်က နှစ်ပေါင်း ၁၀၀ အထက်ကြာတယ်ဆိုတော့ အခုဆိုရင် နှစ်ပေါင်း ၉၅ နှစ် ရှိသွားတော့ အန္တရာယ်ရှိလာနိုင်တယ်။ သတိထားရမယ်လို့ ပြောလို့ရပါတယ်” လို့ ဒေါက်တာမျိုးသန့်က ဆိုပါတယ်။

၂၀၁၂ သပိတ်ကျင်း ငလျင်နဲ့ မတ် ၂၈ ရက်နေ့လှုပ်သွားတဲ့ မြန်မာငလျင်လှုပ်ခဲ့တဲ့နေရာ မဟုတ်ပဲ နဲ့ တောင်ပိုင်းမြောက်ပိုင်းတွေက သတိထားရမဲ့အနေအထားတစ်ခုဆ်ုရင်လဲ မမှားပါဘူး။ မိဘပြည်သူတွေအနေနဲ့ ကြောက်ရွံ့ထိန့်လန့်စရာ မလိုဘူး။ သို့သော်လည်း သတိတော့ ရှိရမယ် ကြိုတင်ပြင်ဆင် ရပါမယ်လို့လည်း သူ က ပြောပါတယ်။

၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ်မတ် ၂၈ ရက်က စစ်ကိုင်းတိုင်းနဲ့ မန္တလေးတိုင်းကို ငလျင်ပြင်းအား ၇ ဒသမ ၇ လှုပ်ခတ်မူတွေကြောင့် သေဆုံးသူဦးရေ ၄၀၀၀ နီးပါးခန့်ရှိနေပြီးတော့ ပျောက်ဆုဲးစားရင်းများလဲ ရှိနေတာကို သိရပါတယ်။
