Rajeev Bhattacharyya က ဗိုလ်ချုပ် ထွန်းမြတ်နိုင်ဟာ အလုပ်များပြားတာနဲ့ လုံခြုံရေးအခြေအနေများကြားကနေ တွေ့ဆုံခွင့်ပေးခဲ့တဲ့အတွက် ကျေးဇူးတင်ကြောင်း ပြောကြားခဲ့ပြီး၊ သူရေးသားထားတဲ့ ULFA စာအုပ်ကိုလည်း လက်ဆောင်အဖြစ် ပေးအပ်ခဲ့ သိရပါတယ်။

ULFA (United Liberation Front of Assam) စာအုပ်ဟာ ၁၉၇၉ ခုနှစ်တွင် တည်ထောင်ထားတဲ့ အိန္ဒိယ‌နိုင်ငံ အရှေ့မြောက်ပိုင်း Assam ပြည်နယ်အခြေစိုက် လက်နက်ကိုင်အဖွဲ့တခုဖြစ်ပြီး၊ Assam ကို သီးခြားလွတ်လပ်ရေး ရရှိစေရန် ရည်ရွယ်လှုပ်ရှားနေတဲ့ အဖွဲ့ဖြစ်ပြီး လက်ရှိတွင် အဖွဲ့အတွင်း ညှိနှိုင်းရေးလိုလားတဲ့ အဖွဲ့နဲ့ လက်နက်ကိုင်လမ်းကြောင်း ဆက်လက်သွားမယ် အဖွဲ့ဆိုပြီး ကွဲပြားမှုတွေ ရှိနေတယ်လို့လည်း သိရပါတယ်။
