အာရက္ခတိုင်းမ်စ် (၂၉ ဇန်နဝါရီ ၂၀၂၆)

ICJ ရောက်နေတဲ့ မြန်မာကိုယ်စားလှယ်အဖွဲ့ကို ရက္ခိုင်ပြည် ပဲ့ထွက်မသွားဖို့အတွက် ထောက်ခံတာဖြစ်တယ်လို့ ALP ပါတီရဲ့ ဥက္ကဌဖြစ်သူ ဒေါ်စောမြရာဇာလင်းက အာရက္ခတိုင်းမ်စ်ကို ပြောပါတယ်။

နယ်သာလန်နိုင်ငံ The Hague မြို့ရှိ (ICJ ) တရားရုံးမှာ ဂမ်ဘီယာနိုင်ငံရဲ့ စွပ်စွဲချက်တွေကို ခုခံချေပနေတဲ့ ကိုယ်စားလှယ်အဖွဲ့ကို ရခိုင်ပြည်လွတ်မြောက်ရေးပါတီ (ALP) က အပြည့်အဝ ထောက်ခံကြောင်း ပြီးခဲ့တဲ့ ဇန်နဝါရီလ ၂၅ ရက်မှာ ထုတ်ပြန်ခဲ့တာလည်း ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

ALP ပါတီရဲ့ ဥက္ကဌဖြစ်သူ ဒေါ်စောမြရာဇာလင်းက “ကျမ‌တို့က အဓိကကြည့်တာကတော့ တိုင်းပြည်ရဲ့ မနစ်နာမှုကို အဓိကထားပြီးကြည့်ပါတယ်။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရဲ့ အနောက်ဘက်ခြမ်းမှာရှိနေတဲ့ ရက္ခိုင်ပြည်ဟာဆိုလို့ရှိရင် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအတွက် အင်မတန်မှ အရေးကြီးတဲ့ တံခါး‌ပေါက်တခုလည်း ဖြစ်တယ်။ ရက္ခိုင်ပြည်က ပဲ့ထွက်သွားလို့ မရဘူး။ တဖက်ကလူတွေရဲ့ ကြိုးပမ်းနေမှုကို ကြည့်တဲ့အခါမှာ ရက္ခိုင်ပြည်က ပဲ့ထွက်သွားနိုင်တယ် အနာဂတ်မှာ။ ဒီပြဿနာက အခုမှ ပေါ်လာတဲ့ ပြဿနာလည်း မဟုတ်ဘူး။ ၁၉၇၇၊ ၇၈ လောက်ကလည်း တကြိမ်ပေါ်ခဲ့တယ်။ အခုလည်း ဆက်ပေါ်လာတယ်။ ၄၂ မှာလည်း ပေါ်ခဲ့တာရှိတော့ အလီအလီ အဖန်ဖန် ဖြစ်လာတဲ့ ပြဿနာရှိတော့ လူမျိုးရေး ပဋိပက္ခအသွင် ဆောင်လာတာလည်း အများကြီး ရှိခဲ့တယ်ပေါ့။ ၂၀၁၇ မှာ ဖြစ်တဲ့ပြဿနာမှာဆိုရင် ဟိန္ဒူတွေနဲ့ အဲ့ဒီနယ်စပ်ဒေသမှာရှိနေတဲ့ တိုင်းရင်းသားတွေ အများကြီး အသတ်ခံထားရတာ ရှိတယ်။ တော်တော့်ကို ရက်ရက်စက်စက် အသတ်ခံထားရတာ ရှိတယ်။ အဲ့ဒါတွေကို ကြည့်ခြင်းအားဖြင့် အင်မတန်မှ ကြောက်စရာကောင်းတယ်။ ရက်စက်တယ်။ အဲ့ဒီလို ထပ်ဖြစ်ဖို့ဟာလည်း ALP က အင်မတန်မှ စိုးရိမ်တယ်။ အဲ့ဒါကြောင့်မို့ ရက္ခိုင်ပြည် ပဲ့ထွက်မသွားရေးကို အကြောင်းပြုပြီးတော့မှ ICJ မှာ ခုခံနေကြတဲ့ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံဘက်က ပုဂ္ဂိုလ်တွေဘက်က ရပ်တည်ချက်ကို ထုတ်ပြန်လိုက်တာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်” လို့ အာရက္ခတိုင်းမ်စ်ကို ပြောပါတယ်။

စစ်ကော်မရှင်ရဲ့ သမ္မတရုံးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီး ဦးကိုကိုလှိုင်နဲ့ ဥပဒေရေးရာဝန်ကြီးဌာန ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီး၊ ပြည်ထောင်စုရှေ့နေချုပ် ဒေါက်တာသီတာဦးတို့ ဦးဆောင်တဲ့ မြန်မာကိုယ်စားလှယ်အဖွဲ့ဟာ ဂမ်ဘီယာနိုင်ငံရဲ့ စွပ်စွဲချက်တွေနဲ့စပ်လျဉ်းပြီး ဇန်နဝါရီလ ၁၂ရက် ကနေ ဒီကနေ့ ဇန်နဝါရီ ၂၉ ရက်အထိ သွားရောက် ချေပလျက်ရှိတာလည်း ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

အဆိုပါ ချေပမှုနဲ့ပတ်သက်ပြီး မှန်တဲ့ဘက်က အောင်မြင်မှာဖြစ်တယ်လို့လည်း သူမက အခုလို ဆက်ပြောပါတယ်။

“အမှန်တရားကတော့ သစ္စာတရားပဲလေ။ မှန်တဲ့ဘက်ကလည်း အောင်မြင်လာမှာပါ။ အတုလုပ်တယ်လို့ ကျမတို့ဘက်က ပြောထားတယ်လေ။ သမိုင်းက အတုသမိုင်းပဲဖြစ်တယ်လို့ ကျမတို့ဘက်က ပြောထားတယ်။ ကျမတို့ရဲ့ ပင်ကိုယ်ခံယူချက်က ဘယ်လူမျိုး ဘယ်ဘာသာကိုမဆို ကျမတို့က ဘာသာရေး လူမျိုးရေး မုန်းတီးမှု မရှိဘူး။ အဓိက ကျမတို့ကြည့်တာက တိုင်းပြည်ရဲ့အနာဂတ်ကို ကျမတို့ကြည့်တာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ မှန်သောစကားသည် သစ္စာဖြစ်တဲ့အတွက် မှန်ကန်တဲ့ဘက်ကပဲ အောင်မြင်လာလိမ့်မယ်လို့ ကျမထင်ပါတယ်” လို့ ဒေါ်စောမြရာဇာလင်းက ဆိုပါတယ်။

ရခိုင်ပြည်လွတ်မြောက်ရေးပါတီအနေနဲ့ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံကို ဂုဏ်သိက္ခာကျဆင်းစေရန် ဖန်တီးသူများနဲ့ မမှန်မကန်တဲ့ သမိုင်းအတုများနဲ့ ရက္ခိုင်ပြည်ကို ဒုက္ခပေးနေသူများကို ပြင်းထန်စွာ ရှုတ်ချပြီး ရက္ခိုင်ပြည်သူပြည်သားများ၊ မြန်မာပြည်သူပြည်သားများနဲ့အတူ ထာဝရရပ်တည်နေမှာဖြစ်ပြီး အနာဂတ်တွင် ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာနိုင်ခြေရှိတဲ့ အန္တရာယ်များကိုလည်း စောင့်ကြည့်လျက်ရှိတယ်လို့ ထုတ်ပြန်ထားပါတယ်။
