မမိုးဆန်းစုကြည်ကို ၂၀၂၁ ခုနှစ် မေလ ၉ ရက်က ရန်ကုန်မြို့ ကမာရွတ်မြို့နယ်ရှိ တိုက်ခန်းတစ်ခုတွင် ဖမ်းဆီးခံရပြီးနောက် နိုင်ငံတော်အကြည်ညိုပျက်စေမှု ပုဒ်မ ၅၀၅-(က)၊ မတရားအသင်းဆက်သွယ်မှု ပုဒ်မ ၁၇ (၁) နဲ့ ထောင်ဒဏ် ၆ နှစ် ချမှတ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။

၂၀၂၃ ခုနှစ် ဇွန်လ ၉ ရက်မှာတော့ အင်းစိန်အကျဉ်းထောင်ကနေ သာယာဝတီအကျဉ်းထောင်ကို ပြောင်းရွှေ့ခံခဲ့ရပါတယ်။ ၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ် သြဂုတ်လတွင် လွတ်ရက်စေ့ပေမယ့် ရွေးတုအစိုးရဟာ သူမကို လွှတ်ပေးခြင်း မရှိခဲ့ပါဘူး။

မမိုးဆန်းစုကြည်ဟာ အမျိုးသားဒီမိုကရေစီအဖွဲ့ချုပ် (NLD) ရဲ့ လူငယ်တာဝန်ခံတစ်ဦးလည်း ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
